KNIPEX 97 52 63 A Four-Mandrel Crimping Pliers — Precision Connections, Done Right the First Time
The German-engineered KNIPEX 97 52 63 A is purpose-built for turned pin and socket contacts, with a crimping range of 0.08–2.5 mm² (AWG 28–14). It is widely compatible with connectors from leading brands such as TE, Harting and Phoenix Contact, making it a dependable choice for industrial manufacturing, machinery and construction equipment.
Four mandrels feed in perfect synchronization for even pressure, preventing cold crimps and off-center compression. The adjusting wheel allows fine increments of 0.01 mm to match any contact specification. The IEC 60352-compliant positive lock (releasable) ensures every crimp is completed safely and consistently, while the enclosed gauge pin lets you verify the factory setting at any time. The ergonomic grip stays comfortable through long shifts.
Supplied in a sturdy plastic case with foam lining, the tool offers slots for up to three optional locators. Swap the contact holders to extend its application range — one plier, multiple uses.
