ViscoTec is a German manufacturer of high-precision dispensing pumps and systems with more than 30 years of experience, and a special focus on dosing technology for medium and high viscosity fluids and pastes. All products are manufactured in Germany, and the Greater China headquarters is located in Shanghai.
We offer high-precision dispensing pumps and systems for automated dispensing applications. Whether it comes to adhesive dispensing, dosing applications or potting, our products fulfil the requirements of even complex applications. Our dosing systems and components are used for the conveying, dosing, dispensing, filling, emptying and treatment of fluids and pastes. They function regardless of viscosity: materials with a viscosity of up to 7,000,000 mPa·s are handled pulsation-free and particularly low-shear. ViscoTec provides comprehensive consulting and customized solutions for each application requirement. Our products are used in a wide variety of industries such as e-mobility, aerospace, electronics, food, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and medical technology.

ViscoTec dosing systems for the aerospace industry: bonding of structural components and inserts, edge sealing, shimming, honeycomb filling, and sealing of rivets and screws. Our dispensing systems achieve high-precision dosing results in the aviation and space sector and integrate reliably into your production process.
We are specialists in the automated application of adhesives, sealants and core fillers for suppliers and OEMs in the aerospace industry, and we focus on process reliability. Thanks to extremely gentle material handling, even shear-sensitive and compressible fluids and pastes can be dosed precisely.
Based on the progressive cavity (endless piston) principle, our volumetric dispensers and pumps dose independently of viscosity, with a dosing accuracy of +/-1 %, a repeat accuracy of > 99 % and continuous, pulsation-free delivery - including filled, abrasive and shear-sensitive media.

vipro-DUOMIX
vipro-DUOMIX is a 2C dispenser for the static-dynamic mixing and volumetric metering of two-component materials. It handles materials with the same or different viscosities, wide mixing ratios, and high pressure sensitivity or compressibility.
Typical aerospace applications: mixing and metering of 2K casting resins, adhesives and sealants - such as insert bonding and potting, honeycomb core potting and structural bonding, including systems with wide mixing ratios or high filler content.
vipro-PUMP
vipro-PUMP is ViscoTec's 1C volumetric dispenser for the continuous, pulsation-free dosing of low to high viscosity materials, including highly abrasive, filled or shear-sensitive media. The progressive cavity design gives a linear relationship between dosing volume and rotation speed, so dosing is independent of viscosity.
Typical aerospace applications: potting of honeycomb cores and inserts, seal cap and fastener sealing, edge filling and over-sealing, and dosing of highly filled, abrasive or shear-sensitive compounds.
eco-PEN
eco-PEN is a true volumetric 1K dispensing system from the preeflow brand for the smallest amounts of single-component fluids, with a minimum dispensing quantity from 0.25 µl. Thanks to the proven endless piston principle, watery to pasty liquids are dispensed cleanly and process-reliably, independent of viscosity fluctuations.
Typical aerospace applications: precise dispensing of adhesives, sealants and marking media, micro-dosing for insert bonding and sealing, and small-volume filling tasks requiring high repeatability.
